How to Track Your Package:
- Check Your Email As soon as your order is processed and dispatched from our Miami facility (typically within 1 to 2 business days), our system will automatically send you a Shipping Confirmation Email.
- Click Your Custom Tracking Link Inside that email, you will find a direct tracking link alongside your unique tracking number.
- View Real-Time Updates Simply click on the link provided in the email. It will instantly redirect you to a live tracking page where you can monitor your package's journey right to your doorstep.
Haven't Received Your Tracking Email Yet?
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder: Sometimes, automated shipping emails can accidentally land there.
- Allow for Processing Time: Please remember that tracking links are generated once the order is handed over to our shipping carrier. If you recently placed your order, kindly allow 1 to 2 business days for the dispatch process to complete.
- Tracking Activation: Even after receiving the email, it may take up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial tracking data.
